    Frame the public-good work

    State the problem, intended deliverables, milestones, and why the work improves the Zcash ecosystem.

  2. 02

    Create the official application

    For the ZCG route, the published process starts with a complete application through the program's GitHub workflow.

  3. 03

    Place it in public review

    ZCG requires a proposal link in the Zcash Community Forum so community feedback is part of the record.

  4. 04

    Respond to diligence

    Eligibility, community feedback, past outcomes, milestones, KPIs, and documentation can change the submitted proposal.

  5. 05

    Publish progress after approval

    Approved work is still accountable to its agreement and milestone updates; approval is not the end of the public record.
